Preseason Game Blow Out!

The Boston Bruins last preseason game was a crusher! They completely dominated over the Chicago Blackhawks, but to be fair, the Blackhawks were not playing any of their pros, that game was all their prospects. Because almost all of the Blackhawks regulars are in Germany preparing for a 2019 NHL Global Series exhibition game Sunday. Chicago opens the regular season against the Philadelphia Flyers on Oct. 4 in the Czech Republic. David Krejci was not playing in this last preseason game, but as of today, (10/2/2019) Coach Bruce Cassidy says that Krejci will be a game time decision for the first game of the regular season in Dallas against the Stars.

However, the Bruins did Not Let Their Fans Go Un-Entertained!

For starters, this was Patrice Bergeron‘s season debut and Tuukka Rask played the whole 60 minutes!

1st Period:

Jake DeBrusk scores! And within half a minute later… Charlie Coyle scores! Then, DeBrusk scores again on a PP! AND THEN…David Pastrnak scores! So 4-0 at the end of 1st. Bruins’ fans are Wooooing their heads off!

2nd Period:

Pastrnak scores at the beginning of the period! About 2 and half minutes later, Philipp Kurashev scores for the Blackhawks! Then 2 minutes after that Karson Kuhlman answer with a goal making the score 6-1, Bruins.

3rd period:

Brad Marchand gets into a fight with Blackhawks player Matthew Highmore both get 10 minute misconduct penalties plus 2 other 2 minor penalties each. Totaling 14 minutes each, so down the tunnels for them because this occurred at 11:17.

However, the B’s were not done scoring! Pastrnak got one more goal, giving him a Hat Trick. Then DeBrusk got his Hat Trick! And finally, at 19:14 Tim Soderlund scored with a SHG, making the final score 8-2.
