The Boston Celtics have agreed to a four-year contract with Forward Jaylen Brown Monday. The deal is reported to be four years, and worth 115 million dollars. The extension will take the former All-Rookie 2nd Team forward through the 2023-24 season.
Jaylen Brown appeared in 74 last year for the Celtics. During his time on the court, he averaged 13 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.4 assists. The former 3rd overall pick from the 2016 draft will look to make an immediate impact as the NBA season begins this Tuesday.
The Celtics have made quite a few changes over the offseason, as they allowed star players Kyrie Irving and Al Horford to leave in free agency. This new look for Boston will make their debut on Wednesday in Philadelphia against the 76ers.
