Start or Sit Week 15: Defense brought to you by Overtime Heroics. Fantasy players that are clear starters will not be included in this Start or Sit article, such as Patrick Mahomes, Christian McCaffrey, and Michael Thomas. All the fantasy stats shown below will be based on a Point Per Reception (PPR) scoring format.
Start of the Week: Baltimore Ravens at New York Jets
The Ravens play host to the Jets in Week 15 with the mindset to solidify its first-place seed in the AFC. Being so dominant in time of possession with there unstoppable run game lead by League Mvp to be Lamar Jackson. Coming to town a struggling Jets offense that is currently ranked 31st out of 32 Nfl teams in total offense should continue to show why you can also expect a few turnovers with ball-hawking Safety Earl Thomas and Marcus Peters leading the secondary. The Baltimore Ravens are my Start of the Week.
Other Good Starts:
- Pittsburgh Steelers at Buffalo Bills
- Buffalo Bills at Pittsburgh Steelers
- Detroit Lions at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Sit of the Week: Minnesota Vikings at Los Angeles Chargers
The Minnesota Vikings fly west to battle it out with a Los Angeles Chargers team just recently eliminated from playoff contention. Don’t let the Chargers record fool you they are still a very good team with talent at every level, and vs a team that has struggled on defense in the past few weeks especially in the secondary, you can expect them to attack that all game. I expect the Vikings defense will continue to struggle in the passing game in what should be a high scoring battle. The Minnesota Vikings are my sit of the week.
Other Good Sits:
- Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs
- Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans
- Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears
