Carmelo Injury Scare
Carmelo Anthony was ruled out of Saturday’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. He was diagnosed with a knee contusion after attempting a three-pointer against the win against the Orlando Magic. Carmelo Anthony has appeared in 15 appearances with the Blazers. He has been able to average 16.0 points and 6.2 rebounds per game in his stint with the Trail Blazers. It is unknown how long Carmelo will be out for. He has been a help in the front court with fellow all star guards Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum.
The Trail Blazers will now face off against a struggling Pelicans team Monday night. The Pelicans are currently 7-23 and 14th in their conference.
