Bruce Not So Mighty: Redskins Fire Bruce Allen

After ten frustrating seasons, Dan Snyder has finally moved on from Bruce Allen. The Washington Redskins only made two playoff appearances during Bruce Allens’s tenure. Because of repeated allegations of mismanagement and mishandling of injuries, along with lack of success, Bruce Allen is no longer employed by the Washington Redskins. The fan base has become increasingly frustrated with the longtime team president. With the #firebruceallen trending on social media, Daniel Snyder has decided to sever ties with Allen.

If this is the start of a new and winning chapter in the historic franchise? Will the fan base come back renewed and recharged. I don’t know for sure, but it is a step in the right direction. The Washington Redskins, with a core of young talented players, are ready for big things. With the right coaching hire, the future could be bright.
