January 27th, 2020 is a date 31-year-old Jai Herbert will never forget. That is the date Herbert signed a multi-fight deal, with MMA giant UFC.
Fighter Profile: Jai Herbert
Fighting out of Team Renegade, Herbert currently has a record of 10-1-0, with his only loss coming at the hands of current championship challenger, Rhys McKee, way back in 2016.
With only one of Herbert’s wins going to decision, Herbert has the killer instinct in knowing how to finish an opponent.

Cage Warriors
Herbert won the vacant lightweight championship against Jack Grant at Cage Warriors 106 on 29/06/2019. He finished Grant via a right uppercut and punch combo, giving him the standing TKO victory in the 3rd round.
Herbert then defended against Carrizosa at Cage Warriors 109 back in October 2019. Herbert finished his opponent in the 1st round with a huge right knee.

UFC
Only 3 months later, Herbert got the call that he would be facing Marc Diakiese, at UFC London on March 21st, 2020.
How will the former Cage Warriors Lightweight champion deal with the step up to UFC against the 14-3-0 Diakiese?
He has the skill set and the killer instinct to go out there and do the job, who would bet against Herbert getting it done?
