Brent Urban Returns to the Bears

The Bears have brought back a familiar face in Brent Urban according to his wife, Kate Salerno Urban.

Brent Urban originally was drafted in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens. Urban entered free agency before 2019 choosing the Tennessee Titans. He then got released by the Titans after playing in four games for them. Urban then joined Chicago to play in the last nine games for them on their defensive line.

Urban played well in relief of Akiem Hicks and helped the Bears a lot when other players went down with injuries or needed a breather. He tallied 16 tackles, one for a loss, and one QB hurry in his limited time for the Bears.

Urban will now be a key rotational guy for the Bears this upcoming season.
