The Miami Dolphins Waived Some Players, Including Fan, Loved Gerald Willis

Defensive Players Waived

Gerald Willis was a defensive tackle for the Miami Dolphins. He is 24 years old and has a lot of potential to develop into a good defensive lineman. I would not be surprised if he returns to the practice squad this offseason. Jake Carlock was a linebacker for the Miami Dolphins. He is 23 years old and never saw the field for Miami Dolphins. Jamal Davis II was a linebacker for the Miami Dolphins. He played in three games for the Dolphins but rarely saw the field. Linden Stephens was a cornerback for the Miami Dolphins. Stephens played three games for the Miami Dolphins and racked up three combined tackles. 

Offensive Players Waived

Andy Jones was a wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins. He is 25 years old and never saw the field for the Miami Dolphins. He had a couple of good games with the Lions, but that is all he has done in his career. Terry Wright was a wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins. He is 23 years old but never played a snap for the Miami Dolphins.
