After graduating from high school, Neville got several scholarships to play football. He chose to go to Oklahoma in the Big 12 conference. When he entered college in 2015, he redshirted sitting out his first season. Then from 2016-2019, he not only impressed his coaches, but he also impressed scouts and talent evaluators.

In four seasons in Oklahoma, Neville tallied 67 total solo tackles, 8.5 sacks, and five forced fumbles.

Neville Gallimore joins fellow draft members CeeDee Lamb who was drafted 17th overall and Trevon Diggs who was drafted at number 51.
