Mariners Announce 2020 Schedule



The Seattle Mariners announced their 2020 regular season schedule today.  They will open the season on the road on July 24th, 2020 against the Houston Astros in Texas, at Minute Maid Park. The first pitch will be at 6:10 PM. The schedule features 10 games each against the American League West Division teams and 20 games against the National League West.  

During this season, the Mariners will host every team from the National League. The Mariners will play back to back road and home games vs the Dodgers, two games each in LA and Seattle on August 17-20. They will go to Arizona to face the Diamondbacks on September 11-13, and will meet the San Francisco Giants at their ballpark on September 8-9. The Giants and Mariners will play each other again in Seattle on September 15-16.

The final home stand starts on September 15th vs the San Fransisco Giants, then on September 19, the San Diego Padres comes to Seattle for a weekend series. To wrap up the home season, the Houston Astros comes to the town on September 21-23.

Schedule Breakdown

The schedule will consist of 10 games vs the Angels, 10 vs the A’s , 10 vs the Astros and 10 vs the Rangers. Interleague play will consist of four games each vs the Padres, Dodgers, Rockies and Diamondbacks.

In all, 40 Games against the AL West Divsion, 20 Games against the NL West Divsion

The Mariners will play 30 home Games in Seattle and a total of 30 Road games.
