Another member of the 2020 class has announced he will not be attending college. Five star guard Karim Mane will keep his name in the NBA draft and will not go to college. Many schools were recruiting him including Michigan State, Marquette, Memphis and many others. Mane is the eighth player in the 2020 class to announce he will not go to college.
Karim Mane is 6’5 point guard from Quebec, Canada. He is a very explosive athlete who is at best driving toward the rim. Many schools recruited him to there respected Universities. Marquette, Michigan State, and Memphis were the favorites if he chose the college route. He took official visits to Marquette and Maryland.
Mane is not the first recruit to skip college in the 2020 class. Five stars Jalen Green, Jonathan Kuminga, Daishen Nix, Isaiah Todd, and four stars Kai Sotto, Josh Hall, Marjon Beauchamp, Kenyon Martin Jr, and Kyree Walker have all announced they will be skipping college. Many have chose the new G League path way instead of going to college. Others will either enter the NBA draft or train for next years NBA draft. NBA scouts love Mane potential and many believe he could be a first round pick.
