Five star Kendall Brown commits to Baylor.

What a week it has been for Head Coach Scott Drew and his staff. Five star Kendall Brown has committed to Baylor. Brown chose the Bears over Kansas, Arkansas, Ohio State, and more. This Baylor’s third commit this week. Brown is a member of the 2021 class.

Kendall Brown is a 6’8 forward from Wichita, Kansas. He is very athletic and has good play making skills. Early on in his recruitment, many believed he would stay in state and commit to Kansas. Ohio State and Minnesota were considered contenders as well. He announced his final ten schools which included Baylor, Kansas, Arkansas, Ohio State, Virginia, Arizona, Minnesota, Illinois, Marquette, and Maryland. No school was really gaining much talk. Days before his commitment Baylor started receiving some buzz. Today, he committed to Baylor.

Brown joins an already impressive Baylor recruiting class. He will join five star Langston Love and four star Jeremy Sochan. Baylor now has the number one recruiting class in the country. Scott Drew has turned Baylor into an elite program. Top recruits are starting to take notice. Baylor could add at least one more to this recruiting class. Baylor will be one of the top teams in the country next season. I expect Baylor to be a top three team in the BIG 12 for this upcoming season. Scott Drew and his staff have proven they can recruit and win at a high level.
