Another Houston Rockets Starter Out Today

By: Lachard Binkley

With the Houston Rockets on the front end of a back to back game, they have announced another starter will be out of action today vs the San Antonio Spurs. That brings the total to three with Danuel House joining James Harden and Eric Gordon. According to Kelly Iko of The Athletic.

Harden and House sitting out today’s game seem to be more cautionary than an actual injury. Gordon is working his way back from a knee injury and should be available for the Rocket’s next game vs the Indiana Pacers. Russell Westbrook will return today and possibly sit out tomorrow game on the second night of the back to back.

The Houston Rockets are being cautious with their main rotation players even though they haven’t locked up a particular seed they are almost guaranteed at least the number five seed with the possibility of moving up to the number three seed if certain things fall into place.
