The Miami Dolphins have auditioned former Calgary Stampeders linebacker, Nate Holley, who could potentially compete for a depth linebacker position.

In college, Holley played for Kent State University for four seasons. In his four seasons, Holley played linebacker and racked up 424 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, three sacks, one interception, and two forced fumbles. Holley has tried out for two other NFL organizations such as the Los Angeles Rams and the Minnesota Vikings.

Nate Holley has only played one season in the CFL, but in his first season, he had a great season. In his first season with the Stampeders, Holley had 78 defensive tackles, one interception, and one sack. He is also still young for an NFL linebacker since he is only 25 years old.

Holley could also be a special teams weapon as he had 22 special teams tackles last season. He could potentially also compete for a linebacker role, which we lost Vince Biegel a couple of days ago, cause of injury. Overall, Holley is a long shot to make the Miami Dolphins final roster, but they could always use some more camp bodies to compete in training camp.
