Welcome to the Daily Miami Dolphins Notes, on September 9th, 2020. The topics are, first injury report, interviews with players, and more…
Injury Report

Many star Dolphins players are on the injury report list this week, but they are all questionable. The players who are limited in practice on the offensive side of the ball are Mike Gesicki (glute), DeVante Parker (hamstring), Tua Tagovailoa (hip), but not limited, and Preston Williams (knee). The players who are limited in practice on the defensive side of the ball are Xavien Howard (knee), Byron Jones (achilles), and Kyle Van Noy (hand). Overall, at this time all of these players are playing, but last-minute decisions can always be made.
Byron Jones on Jalen Ramsey Contract

Jalen Ramsey passes Byron Jones as the highest-paid cornerback in NFL history. Jones says “Big money, man. Guy deserves it. Plays his ass off every game. Good to see guys like that do well.” In general, expect to see Jones be a breakout star even more than last season for the Dolphins.
Kyle Van Noy Interview

Kyle Van Noy will be playing his former team, the Patriots, this Sunday. Van Noy was one of the best linebackers for the Patriots and he was known to be a fan favorite. He has this to say about the Dolphins today, “I know what winning looks like. We’re not taking any shortcuts.” Also, Van Noy says that he and Jones are still discussing any racial injustice on game day. In the end, Van Noy should have a terrific game against his former team this week.
Dolphins Summoned, Rookie Quarterback, Reid Sinnett

After former Dolphins quarterback Josh Rosen was released he was signed onto the Buccaneers practice squad. The Buccaneers then released Reid Sinnett from the roster and added him to the practice squad. Sinnett was the starting quarterback for San Diego University before he went to the NFL draft. The Dolphins summoned him, so if he impressed Flores enough, then he could potentially make the final roster.
