In the last couple of days, the Colorado Rockies have had some minor league changes within the organization. The Fresno Grizzlies will now be welcomed into the Rockies family. On Wednesday, the organization announced that they have accepted the minor league deal with two clubs. There are also rumors that Spokane is going to be the Colorado High-A team as well. This has since been confirmed by the Colorado Rockies.

Minor League Changes: Fresno Grizzlies
The Grizzlies were a farm club of the San Francisco Giants from 1998 to 2014. They were also with the Houston Astros from 2015-18, and the Washington Nationals for the last two seasons. The Grizzlies go from AAA to A with the new contract.
Minor League Changes: Spokane Indians
The Spokane Indians are joining the Colorado Rockies as their High-A minor league affiliate, apart of these new minor league changes.
Their resume is pretty long with past MLB clubs, for example, the Indians have been with the Philadelphia Phillies in 1953, the Los Angeles Dodgers from 1958-1972, the Texas Rangers from 1973 to 1975, the Milwaukee Brewers from 1976-1978, and Seattle Mariners from 1979-1981.
Spokane then went back to LA with the Angles in 1982, down to San Diego from 1983-1994 to Kansas City from 1995 to 2002 then finally settling in Texas from 2003 to 2019.
Welcome to the Family, Fresno Grizzlies, and Spokane Indians
The Minor League teams that are affiliated with the Colorado Rockies currently are Albuquerque isotopes (AAA), and Hartford Yard Goats (AA). The Grand Junction Rockies were one of the several MiLB teams that were dropped.
