UFC 263 Adds Hakeem Dawodu and Movsar Evloev Fight
Hakeem Dawodu (12-1-1, 5-1 UFC) is from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and fights out of Champion’s Creed Martial Arts. Dawodu started his UFC career suffering a guillotine choke at the hands of Danny Henry within 39 seconds of his debut. Since then Dawodu has been on a five-fight win streak, with a noticeable split decision win against Zubaira Tukhugov in his last outing. Dawodu will be looking to continue his current win streak by defeating fellow featherweight prospect Movsar Evloev.
Movsar Evloev (14-0, 4-0 UFC) is from Sunzha, Russia, and fights out of Fight Club Nart. Evloev has enjoyed great success in his career, after starting his career 14-0, with his last four fights coming inside the UFC. His first four bouts in the UFC have been decision wins, with his last two fights including noticeable decision victories over Nik Lentz and Mike Grundy. Evloev will be hoping to maintain the perfect start to his UFC career while maintaining his perfect record.
Both men will be looking to maintain their current streaks to ensure that they continue climbing up the UFC featherweight rankings to position themselves with a potential top ten ranked featherweight.
