Ross Atkins joined the Toronto Blue Jays in 2015 and has been an integral part of the success Toronto has had during the coveted rebuild process. Partnered up with President Mark Shapiro the pair has turned the entire organization around in just a few short seasons.

Ross Atkins has shown his belief in developing players rather than trading and acquiring, most evident with the surge of prospects and talent coming from the Blue Jays minor league system. Since Ross Atkins joined the Toronto Blue Jays there has been positive progress made every year, starting with the 2015-2016 playoff run that has become an iconic part of the Blue Jays recent history and the always memorable Jose Bautista bat flip.
