Adam Wainwright is now in his 16th MLB season and he has spent every season with the St. Louis Cardinals. The veteran right-hander has been reliable and consistent year in and year out, a rough start to the 2021 season will definitely fuel Wainwright to have a strong showing with fans attending the home opener.

The Milwaukee Brewers will start the series in St. Louis with right-handed pitcher Corbin Burnes. Corbin has accumulated 11 strikeouts in 2021 and an impressive 1.42 ERA. The Brewers are hoping the righty can keep the Cardinals hitters off-balance during St. Louis’s home opener.

The Milwaukee Brewers have left-handed pitcher Brett Anderson scheduled to start in the series finale at Busch Stadium. Brett will make his first start of 2021 against the Cardinals and if he can tame the big bats that the Cardinals will send up, then the Brewers could be in good shape to take the win however, Goldschmidt and Arenado have had success against the Brewers lefty.
