This coming up season is a make-or-break year for the Tennessee Titans. They’ve proven to be a consistent playoff contender, but have yet to win a Super Bowl. For Tennessee, making a deep run in the playoffs should be considered the minimal goal. I break down the Tennessee Titans 2021 schedule to see how this team might fair in the regular season.
With two teams in the AFC South on the bottom half of the league, making the playoffs shouldn’t be too difficult for Tennessee. The Indianapolis Colts will be a viable threat, but the Titans have the talent and experience to clinch the South. Here is the ultimate guide to the Titans 2021 schedule.
Tennessee Titans 2021 Schedule: First Half
Week One | 9/12/21 | Arizona Cardinals at Tennessee Titans
Tennessee faces off against the Arizona Cardinals to kick off the season. Arizona is dangerous in their own right, but overall, they don’t necessarily compare to the Titans on paper. Look for the Titans’ new and improved defense to have their handsful in this one, as Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins will come out swinging.
Prediction: Titans win 28-24
Week Two | 9/19/21 | Tennessee Titans at Seattle Seahawks
Tennessee has their longest trip of the season out of the way early as they play the Seattle Seahawks in Week two. Both of these teams will have a similar play style, which could make for a more low-scoring affair.
Prediction: Titans win 20-17
Week Three | 9/26/21 | Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans
With the first divisional matchup of the year, the Titans have the pleasure of going against the Colts. Indianapolis is a dangerous team that has the tools to go the distance. The only question is whether or not Carson Wentz can lead this team. With a solid all-around unit, the Colts have a great chance to shock Tennessee in their own house.
Prediction: Colts win 33-30
Week Four | 10/3/21 | Tennessee Titans at New York Jets
After suffering their first loss of the season, Tennessee will have a favorable matchup in Week four against the New York Jets. The Jets have a ton of excitement building around the franchise, but they’re young and incredibly inexperienced. Look for Tennessee to run away with this one and get another “W” back in the win column.
Prediction: Titans win 38-10
Week Five | 10/10/21 | Tennessee Titans at Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jacksonville Jaguars finally have some optimism surrounding the organization. Trevor Lawrence has the potential to be one of the best quarterbacks in the league. Unfortunately for them, the Jaguars are too early in the development process to pose a real threat.
Prediction: Titans win 42-17
Week Six | 10/18/21 | Buffalo Bills at Tennessee Titans
The Titans stunned the Buffalo Bills during last year’s regular-season game. However, things might go differently this time around.

The Bills are pegged to be one of the best teams in the league and will have a chance to prove that in Week six. It should be a hard-fought battle where the winner will likely come down to who has the ball last.
Prediction: Bills win 30-28
Week Seven | 10/24/21 | Kansas City Chiefs at Tennessee Titans
Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs are going to be one of the best teams in the league for years. They’re stacked throughout the roster and just rebuilt their offensive line to protect their superstar quarterback. However, Mike Vrabel and the Titans seek revenge and could shock the Chiefs with a Week seven upset.
Prediction: Titans win 35-34
Week Eight | 10/31/21 | Tennessee Titans at Indianapolis Colts
Tennessee heads to Indianapolis on Halloween night. They’ll be seeking retribution for the loss in Week three. It should be a tough game for both teams, but if everything goes as planned, the Titans have a chance to steal a win away from the Colts.
Prediction: Titans win 32-28
Week Nine | 11/7/21 | Tennessee Titans at Los Angeles Rams
The Los Angeles Rams have been busy this offseason and hope to take over the NFC West. After picking up Matthew Stafford, the franchise hopes to be one of the best teams in the NFC this coming year. They also have one of the best defenses in the league, which bodes well for their success. Look for the Rams to secure a win in Week nine, as they might be too much for Tennessee to handle.
Prediction: Rams win 38-28
Tennessee Titans 2021 Schedule: Second Half
Week Ten | 11/14/21 | New Orleans Saints at Tennessee Titans
The New Orleans Saints are one of the most intriguing teams right now due to Drew Brees’ retirement. Although the Saints roster is solid, the Titans should be in full form and seeking to get back in the win column after a tough loss to the Rams.
Prediction: Titans win 24-17
Week Eleven | 11/21/21 | Houston Texans at Tennessee Titans
The Titans will be the heavy favorite whenever facing the Houston Texans. With their franchise in a complete debacle right now, Houston won’t be winning many games. This should be a great game for Tennessee to boost their confidence and morale heading into Week 12.
Prediction: Titans win 45-14
Week Twelve | 11/28/21 | Tennessee Titans at New England Patriots
The New England Patriots are hard to figure out after making some aggressive moves this offseason. They have everything to make themselves competitive, but we won’t know that until it’s too late. The Patriots will be a hard team to play against, but the Titans should be able to pull away in the fourth quarter.
Prediction: Titans win 33-30
Week Thirteen | Bye Week
Week Fourteen | 12/12/21 | Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans
The Jaguars will be ab improved team and could pose to be dangerous in the late portion of the season. However, with playoffs looming around the corner, the Titans could be in full force, making a run to clinch a spot in the postseason.
Prediction: Titans win 35-21
Week Fifteen | 12/19/21 | Tennessee Titans at Pittsburgh Steelers
The Pittsburgh Steelers have proven to be a consistent franchise over the years. Unfortunately for them, they play in a tough AFC North division.

The Titans and Steelers games always come down to the wire and this one won’t be any different. The better team will walk away victorious, and that should be the Titans.
Prediction: Titans win 38-35
Week Sixteen | 12/23/21 | San Francisco 49ers at Tennessee Titans
After taking Trey Lance with their first pick overall, the San Francisco 49ers hope to improve this year. They aim to be the best team in the NFC West and will utilize their tough run game to control the clock. The 49ers have everything they need to stun the Titans at home in this matchup.
Prediction: 49ers win 35-24
Week Seventeen | 1/2/22 | Miami Dolphins at Tennessee Titans
The Miami Dolphins have a great young roster that should be competitive in 2021. Miami nearly made the postseason last year and should be able to make that extra push. It will be do-or-die time for both Miami and Tennessee, where the best team should win this game.
Prediction: Titans win 28-24
Week Eighteen | 1/9/22 | Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans
Facing off against the Texans to close the year is a huge advantage for the Titans. Everything will be on the line for nearly every team in the league and Tennessee could be in a position to close out the season with a strong finish.
Prediction: Titans win 37-24
If everything goes similar to these predictions, the Titans will end the year with a 13-4 record. This is probably higher than the general consensus, as many believe the Titans will take a step back after losing Arthur Smith to the Atlanta Falcons. However, with not many changes to the offense and the defense receiving a facelift, look for Tennessee to win more games than not next year. 13 wins will be enough to earn a spot in the playoffs and could put the franchise within the top three teams in the AFC.
