The star of MMA promotion LFNE Championship returns on July 10th in the main event. Mohammed Ware is the Kenyan promotions top fighter and coming off of a controversial win in his last fight. When the cage closes, he will be standing in front of a man who wants nothing more than to take away his championship belt.

First Look At the Fighters

Francis Mumo is an undiscovered fighter for most MMA fans. This bout looks to be extremely difficult for both men. Mumo has an advantage with there not being solid evidence of his disadvantages. You can tell he packs a punch and will look to find the kill shot to shut down the champion.

Mohammed Ware is the face of LFNEC, having superstardom like no other in such an underground promotion. “Young Master” is undefeated with a record of 6-0. A technical master of his craft, Ware will look to exploit all areas of martial arts in this bout, so expect to see some wrestling, submission attempts, and heavy volume exchanges.

LFNE Championship 4: Francis Mumo vs. Mohammed Ware Breakdown

Mumo vs. Ware looks to be LFNEC’s fight of the year, on paper at least. “The Reaper” comes into this fight with everything to prove and nothing to lose. He will be looking to close distance and use dirty boxing in the pocket. Ware has amazing distance management, so he should try and shut this down as soon as possible.

It seems the only way to get advantages over the champion is in wrestling exchanges. Although very talented on the ground, Ware finds himself in difficult positions when he fails to transition. Mumo should push the pressure and use the champion’s momentum to reverse position and look for the finish.

This matchup is going to be fireworks and has the potential to put LFNEC in the mainstream limelight. July 10th, it is set, and the history books are ready to be filled in. The question is, will you be watching?
