It has unfortunately been announced by GLORY Kickboxing that Alistair Overeem is out of GLORY: Collision 3 on October 23rd, 2021. The event was to be headlined by the blockbuster heavyweight title fight between Rico Verhoeven and Alistair Overeem.

Overeem Out of Super Showdown

GLORY announced via their Official GLORY Kickboxing Nederland Instagram page ‘We regret to announce Alistair Overeem is injured and out of GLORY Collision 3. He cannot fight until early next year. GLORY will soon come with an announcement with further news.’

This news will no doubt upset many fans who were looking forward to this Heavyweight Kickboxing masterclass. Currently, there is no news as to whether the main event will still feature Heavyweight Champion, the King of Kickboxing, Rico Verhoeven. We will update you when more information is available.

Supposing that the event still goes ahead, the current card is as follows.
