Stockton’s own Nate Diaz sends a message to the ‘Paul sisters’ after Jake Paul’s viral knockout over Tyron Woodley.

Last weekend, Nate Diaz was in the crowd for the rematch between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley, however, with no intention of paying attention to the main event. Diaz was in Tampa, Florida, supporting his teammate, Chris Avila. After Jake Paul knocked out Woodley, the YouTube star wasted no time calling out Nate Diaz.

In typical Nate Diaz fashion, he took to Twitter and Instagram to respond to Jake Paul and his brother Logan. Nate claimed the Paul brothers hired security to keep him away from them.

Nate Diaz Throws Shade at the Paul’s

“The Paul sisters hired this security team to make sure I wouldn’t get to them, like I was actually trying too, but it’s alll good with u guys I don’t take this fight thang with u2 serious.you guys playing boxing with wrestlers who can’t box or lil ass Floyd and that’s not cool bruh but it’s good. I’m a real fighter from the real fight game so don’t trip so hard when you see me fellas let’s just be friends it’s good,” Diaz wrote on Instagram.

This only keeps the combat sports community guessing if this fight is next for both men. However, we will need to wait for Nate Diaz to fight out his contract as he still has one bout left with the UFC. It’s a substantial opportunity for the Stockton native to make a truckload of cash in the tale end of his career. It’s also another high profile name that Jake Paul could add to his Résumé.

Nate Diaz is currently 20-13 in his MMA career and sits on a two-fight skid. He is suffering a decision loss at the hands-off Leon Edwards. Before that, he lost by TKO to Jorge Masvidal at UFC 244. Defeating Conor McGregor back in 2016 catapulted Diaz to stardom. Although he’s not ranked, he’s a big draw for anyone on the roster and has always put on an entertaining show. Diaz was hopeful of fighting out his contract in January with a fight against Dustin Poirier, but that still remains to be seen.

Do you think Nate Diaz and Jake Paul will happen in 2022?
