Conor McGregor Teases A Mystical Comeback Hint

Conor McGregor, still recovering from a long-term injury, has been able to spar with his hands recently and has now posted a mystical tease concerning his return to the Octagon.

During his trilogy bout against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264, the Irishman broke his tibia in horrific fashion near the end of the first round resulting in back-to-back TKO losses to ‘The Diamond’.

Almost a year after the fight, having undergone surgery to repair the damage, he is on the road to recovery and has been seen engaging in boxing sparring.

Responsible for some of the hottest selling events in UFC history, the former champ-champ has created a stir among fans by teasing a return for months. McGregor has been eyeing title fights and bouts against other big names in the promotion.

McGregor Teases Fans With His Highly Anticipated Return

However, that original timeframe for McGregor’s return looks to be on the horizon as ‘The Notorious’ once again teases fans about his return to the octagon with a mysterious Twitter post.

I will sink these bow and arrows into the target, in live fighting.
For the world to witness. Again.
But these arrows are different than before. Corkscrewed. Knuckles
Think of it this way, novices, if someone loads back a full bow and arrow and points it towards your face, what are you doing? – McGregor tweeted.

McGregor is hesitant to give an exact date for his return, but it seems clear he aims to return before the year is over. McGregor recently tweeted a question asking fans to predict his return date.

Awaiting the former champion upon his return is a host of fighters with the thirst to take him on. Dustin Poirier, Michael Chandler, and Charles Oliviera have all called out the former two-division champion.

With his recent increase in muscle mass, McGregor set his sights on a title fight with ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ Kamaru Usman. The No 1 ranked welterweight champion is also recovering after suffering a hand injury that required surgery during his UFC 268 win over Colby Covington in November.
