Pierre Gasly’s options
There are many rumours of Gasly joining the Mclaren team after the 2023 season. With Sergio Perez’ contract renewal, Pierre Gasly’s hopes of driving for the Red Bull team again are out of the window.
Many believe the AlphaTauri driver will continue to drive for his current team.
However Gasly feels that the team aren’t the best option for him while making ’too many mistakes’ as we saw in the Monaco Grand Prix qualifying.

On the 12th of June, before the Azerbaijan Grand Prix , Pierre Gasly was seen with the current Red Bull GmbH Formula 1 teams advisor: Helmut Marko.
The two were seen sat discussing what is yet to be announced. Could this be about a contract renewal or whether Gasly will end up with a new team after the 2023 season?.

Pierre Gasly is currently performing very well with the recent result of P5 in the Baku Grand Prix.
Gasly has also been able to stay within the top 10 of the practise runs for the Montreal Grand Prix.
In practise 3 he was even able to get P2! The Frenchman is performing up to standards, maybe in the hopes of proving himself to a better team.
