With all the hype surrounding UFC London, it is easy to forget that Friday night plays host to a couple of great cards. Bellator 283 and Cage Warriors 141 both go down on July 22nd, so we have put together some bets to build your bankroll for UFC London.
Cage Warriors 141
What a card Cage Warriors are putting on this Friday. Even after Dylan Hazan and Sam Creasey’s title bout was called off due to Hazan’s missing weight, it still ranks as one of the greatest cards in the history of the promotion. With that being said, there aren’t many great prices, so we are going to be looking at a parlay as well as a few at a decent price.
Reece McEwan (vs Kingsley Crawford)
Reece McEwen looks at a good price for his skill level here. The Grindhouse fighter has recently been training with the likes of Brett Johns and Jack Shore down at Shore MMA, and that can only be a plus. Winning his Cage Warriors debut against Sam Spencer in dramatic fashion via rear-naked choke in the last round. he sits at around +200 to get the win.
Agy Sardari (vs Mike Figlak)
Agy Sardari may not have the prettiest of records, but he is battle tested. He takes on unbeaten Polish fighter Mike Figlak on the back of a knockout victory and maybe Wiley enough to keep the pressuring Figlak working hard to hit him. At +162 won’t be going wild, but it looks like one of the better underdog plays.

Bellator 283
Bellator 283, headlined by Lima vs Jackson serves as a nice appetizer for Saturday night, with betting opportunities in abundance. There is a heavy Russian influence elsewhere on the card that serves as great parlay pieces.
Romero Cotton (vs Dalton Rosta)
Romero Cotton stands out as a great underdog play on the card. The AKA fighter holds a 6-0 record, akin to his opponents. The main factor in his +210 price tag could be his fighting infrequency. He has though, taken on many shapes and sizes. While Rosta is a good fighter, Cotton holds a strong advantage in the wrestling department and has a better finishing rate. Cotton has a killer instinct and should finish the fight.
Douglas Lima (vs Jason Jackson)
While he may be in bad form, Douglas Lima is not a bad fighter. He may very well have fought three of the best fighters on the Bellator roster. He takes on surging contender Jason Jackson, who boasts much better form. Lima being +150 makes him attractive, as he has power that is impressive in his weight class. In Jason Jackson, he has an opponent that may be tentative to engage, and the easy bet is probably Jackson by decision. Lima though will have to fight his heart out to stay relevant here, as losing four in a row would surely take him out of the title scene for a long while.
