Joey Logano sits in third place with 2016 points throughout the 2022 season. The 2018 NASCAR Cup series champion will look to earn his second title as a driver for the Penske Race team. Martin Truex Jr. is the seventh driver in the standings as he compiled three top-five finishes and nine top-ten finishes for 2022. The NASCAR Cup Series will have 16 drivers in total battling for the title and the champions" crown. There are four races remaining in the regular season as 22 of 26 races have been completed.
