Scott Boras has a proposal to play baseball until Christmas this year. 162 games if the season starts June 1, 144 if it starts July 1. Post season games would be played in warm weather cities with a neutral site for the world series.

if they go that far it starts to mess up next season. A report came out today that MLB is currently discussing a 100 game season that would start July 1 and the regular season would end October 15.

Either proposal is interesting. I personally hate I am about to say this, but I would rather prefer the 100 game season. I LOVE baseball, but those boys should not play into December. That only gives them a month off. Let's not mess up everything going forward, just alter what it is this year.

I think there's a solid chance of the season being cancelled altogether. You can't be playing games in November and December.

Sadly a loss of Trout's prime, however Williams lost several so sad, yes, but not the first nor the worst
