This past weekend was Hockey Hall of Fame weekend. The induction class of 2019 received their rings on Friday and attended the National Hockey League (NHL) Hall of Fame game Friday night between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins. On Sunday the new inductees received their Hall of Fame blazers and watches before taking part in the Legends Classic game. On Friday, November 15th, 2019 the newest inductees into the Hockey Hall of Fame received their Hall of Fame rings. The only inductee who was absent from the ring ceremony was Jerry York. He was in Vermont coaching a Boston College game. Jerry York and Jim Rutherford are the newest inductees into the Builders category.
The 2019 Hockey Hall of Fame Legends Classic featured Team Sundin against Team Lidstrom.
