Beast Mode Back To Seattle
Marshawn Lynch has signed a deal with the Seattle Seahawks until the end of this year. This past week against Arizona proved to be detrimental to the Seahawks playoff push. Chris Carson went down in the first half with a hip injury that proved to be possibly season ending. Backup running back C.J. Prosise also was injured in the first half, it was later diagnosed to be a broken arm. Rookie running back Travis Homer was the only healthy running back at this point. The team also found out LT Duane Brown may need surgery.
In Marshawn’s last season with Oakland Lynch only started 6 games. In those 6 games he rushed for 376 yards and 3 TDs. Everyone in Seattle has to be excited to see Lynch back in town, but the being away from football for a full year could raise some concerns. Coach Pete Carroll will have to see how much production Homer can provide as Lynch will most likely see little time in his first game. If Lynch can provide any kind of production this was a good signing for the Seahawks.
