Blake Ferguson Signs With The Miami Dolphins

Blake Ferguson, long snapper, was selected with the 184th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. The Miami Dolphins signed Ferguson to his rookie contract via Blake Ferguson.

The Dolphins cut Taybor Pepper from the team in April. Pepper was the starting long snapper for the Dolphins until they drafted the best long snapper in the NFL Draft, Blake Ferguson. On the other hand, Ferguson played for the National Championship team, the LSU Tigers.

He was the first long snapper to ever be a captain of an LSU football team. Ferguson brings pride, leadership, and a winning mentality into an organization that is beginning to brand themselves that way. Brian Flores learned one of the best coaches, Bill Belichick, throughout his coaching career. Also, Flores is coaching, drafting, and signing players exactly like Belichick has done his whole career as an NFL coach. Overall, Ferguson is the exact type of player the Dolphins would love to bring into there organization.
