Chiefs Receive Their Super Bowl Rings!

After winning Super Bowl 54 eight months ago, the Kansas City Chiefs finally received their long-awaited Super Bowl Rings.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ceremony was delayed a few months. Usually, the ceremony happens in June. In a private ceremony at Arrowhead Stadium, the team received their rings yesterday and they shared this special moment with fans on social media.

The Kansas City Chiefs received a total of 9 baguette diamonds that feature 9 carats, 2 marquise diamonds equaling 7 carats, and 244 round diamonds for a total of 3.3 carats. It also boasts 4 bagutte rubies and 32 custom-cut rubies, which are equal to 5.99 carats.

Inside the band of the ring is the score of the big game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers, which the Chiefs won 31-20 back in February.

What’s Ahead

The Kansas City Chiefs will kickoff the 2020 NFL season when they host the Houston Texans on September 10, 2020 on NBC.
