Max Fried has led the Braves to wins in eight of his last ten starts. In those ten starts, Fried has given up more than three runs only three times. Expect the Braves offense to get back on track after only scoring one run last night.

The Yankees won last nights game and now have won ten out of their last twelve against the Rays. Blake Snell has had a few rough outings lately, going 1-2 in his last three starts, while giving up 15 earned runs. Look for the Yankees to win their fourth in a row.

7:15 Cubs @ White Sox – Lucas Giolito will take the mound this afternoon for the White Sox. Giolito comes into the game with a 11-2 record and a 2.72 ERA. In his last start he went five innings, giving up only one hit against the Twins. Jon Lester gets the start for the Cubs. He has given up four or more runs in five of his last nine starts. Expect Giolito to put the White Sox in a position to win. He will just have to hope the bullpen can hang on.

10:10 Rockies @ Diamondbacks – The Rockies are looking to bounce back after losing four in a row. Jon Gray will get the start for the Rockies. Gray has pitched well in his last few starts. In his last three starts he has pitched a combined 18.2 innings and only given up three earned runs. Getting the start for the Diamondbacks is Robbie Ray. Ray has pitched twice against the Rockies recently going 0-2. In those two starts he gave up seven earned runs in ten innings. Look for the Rockies to continue their success against Robbie Ray.

10:10 Athletics @ Mariners – Chris Bassitt and the A’s look to win their third straight game tonight against the Mariners. Basset has given up three runs or less in nine of his last ten starts. Bassitt has also pitched well on the road this year going 2-1 with batters hitting .203. The A’s are 6-1 in their last seven road games.
