4:05 Rockies @ Nationals – Max Scherzer is making his return to the mound tonight after missing his last few starts due to a back sprain. Prior to the injury, Scherzer had been having a dominate season allowing more than three runs just twice all year. He has given up only six runs in his last 57 innings and has won seven straight starts. Jeff Hoffman looks to try to keep the Rockies form losing their fourth straight to the Nationals. Hoffman has given up five or more runs in three of his last six starts. Look for the Nationals to complete the sweep tonight in DC.

7:10 Yankees @ Red Sox – The Yankees will face off with Rick Porcello and the Red Sox tonight at Fenway Park. Porcello has been absolutely crushed lately, giving up 27 earned runs in his last 23 innings of work. New York has owned the Red Sox this year winning six of seven against them and out scoring them 56-36. The Yankees play great on the road with a record of 28-18, which is bad news for the Red Sox because they haven’t been great at home this year going 24-25. Look for Porcello to have another rocky start against this powerful Yankee lineup.

8:10 Twins @ White Sox – Lucas Giolito takes the mound of the White Sox tonight. Giolito pitched great in his last outing against the Twins giving up only one hit and no runs. He has allowed more than three earned runs in just four of his nineteen starts this year. Starting for the Twins will be Jose Berrios. The Twins have lost the last four games started by Berrios and six of his last seven. Expect the White Sox to bounce back tonight after losing two of three to the Marlins.

8:10 Indians @ Royals – Adam Plutko will take the mound tonight for the Indians. Plutko has pitched well against the Royals this season allowing two earned runs in 11 innings. Mike Montgomery had a rough first start for the Royals, making it through only two innings and giving up five runs on six hits. Francisco Lindor has crushed Royal pitching this year, hitting .410 with an OPS 1.068. Expect the Indians to get to Montgomery and pull another game closer to the Twins.
