7:05 EST Indians @ Yankees – The Yankees and Indians open up a four game series tonight in New York. The Yankees come into the game winners of five straight, while the Indians just lost two of three to Boston. Chad Green will be used as an opener tonight for New York. The Yankees are 5-1 in their last six games in which Green starts. Starting for the Indians will be Adam Plutko. Plutko has given up four earned runs or more in three of his six last starts. We expect plenty of runs to be scored in game one tonight.

7:20 EST Mets @ Braves – The Braves try to complete the sweep tonight against the Mets in Atlanta. After last night’s win, Atlanta is now 8-4 against the Mets this year. Julio Teheran will face off with Marcus Stroman. Teheran has pitched great the last month and a half, allowing three earned runs or less in each of his last eight starts, with the Braves winning six of those eight games. Stroman will be making his third start for the Mets this year. In his two previous starts, he gave up a total of 7 earned runs in 10.1 innings of work. We expect another great start from Teheran and the Braves to make it three in a row over the Mets.

10:07 EST Astros @ Athletics – The Astros will look to bounce back after losing two of three to the Chicago White Sox. Starting for the Astros tonight will be Aaron Sanchez. Sanchez has looked great in both of his outings for Houston this year allowing just one earned run in 11 innings. In two previous meetings against the A’s this year, he has given up one run with Oakland hitters batting .143. We Think Sanchez might fall back to reality a bit today facing Mike Fiers. Mike Fiers has been great for the Athletics leading Oakland to wins in 10 of his last 12 starts. Fiers has not given up more than three earned runs since April 20. Look for the A’s to make it three losses in a row for the Astros.
