NXT UK opens up with Oliver Carter, who is set to face the returning Ligero, who has been absent from NXT UK TV for over 2 months.

Ligero returns to NXT UK
We start off with a show of sportsmanship, as both competitors offer handshakes.
Lots of back and forth, flips, and a lot of agile moves between each other.
However, the match suddenly slows down, as several submission moves are applied.
Carter quickly changes this, as he comes out with some uppercuts and forearms, and hits an overhead belly to belly, followed up by a kick to the face, and is able to get a 2 count.
Oliver then lands a springboard moonsault of the second rope, and gets another two count.
Ligero finally counters with a monkey flip, and is able to land a stunner from the outside to the delight of the NXT UK crowd.
Kick to the face, Ligero hits the C4L DDT on Carter, and this match is over.
What a return by Ligero!
I am a big fan of his, and always enjoy his matches. Glad to see him back in NXT UK.
Walter + NXT UK announcement
Walter is shown at the Performance Center training some young wrestlers, but gets upset and chops both of them down.
He says none of them should be there, and all of them should quit.
Walter then leaves.
We get an important announcement, that NXT UK is moving to Thursdays!!
NXT UK Crowd sings for Tyler Bate
Tyler Bate is here, and the crowd sings his name for a bit. You have to love the NXT UK crowd and energy
Bate starts a promo, about how he let everyone down at Takeover, but that he has a lot of fight left in him.

Jordan Devlin cuts him off, and tells him he is not impressed at all with his performance.
How he has been disrespected, as he got sidelined at Takeover, and Bates just failed!
Tyler is a liar! He did not push Walter to the limit, only he has done that.
Devlin is the ace of NXT UK, and he should be champion.
“I am a man, but you are only a boy”. This is followed up by Big Strong Boy chants from the NXT UK Crowd.
Bate has had enough, and he goes after Devlin, but Jordan quickly walks away.
This is going to be an incredible feud, and I am hoping they delay their match until the next Takeover. It will definitely be a show stealer.
The Nina Samuels Show
Nina Samuels is set to take on Dani Luna
Quick start by Luna, but her momentum is easily stopped by Nina.
Samuels starts to dominate the match, and uses the ropes to her advantage to lock several submission holds and to land a couple of cheap shots.
Luna comes back with an elbow and a pump kick, followed by a suplex turned ddt, and gets a 2 count.
Nina once again uses the rope, and regains control of the match with a kick to Dani’s face.
Samuels heads to the top rope, but is caught by Luna, who hits a fall away slam to the delight of the NXT UK crowd.
Dani heads to the top rope, but Samuels dodges and leaves Luna with a kick to the face. Final Act and this match is over.
Quick match that shows how much they want to establish Samuels as a top heel. Luna is improving each week, and the crowd really loves her.
Main Event Time

Noam dominates most of the match, and even attempts to land a Tyler Driver 97.
This automatically fires up Seven, who hits a series of chops and connects with a DDT.
Noa smartly rolls to the outside, but Seven jumps to the outside directly at Dar.
Back in the ring, Tren climbs to the top rope, but misses with a weird corkscrew attempt.
Kick to the face by Dar, but Seven lands a huge lariat out of nowhere, that can only get a two count.
Dar starts to mock Trent, and uses his towel all over his body, this distraction allows Seven to hit another Lariat.
Seven then notices that Noam is using the towel and snaps! He goes on a barrage of punches, and ignores the ref count to cause the DQ.
Noam Dar is the winner as we go off the air.
This was a fun match! Any time you have one of the mustache mountain members in the ring, it is a guarantee to bring excitement.
Not to mention that Noam is such a great heel. Love the interaction between this two, and I am ready to see more.
