For Bruins Nation this is nothing new for the us. But we all have to admit that up until Oct 18 Brad Marchand has behaved himself quite well since he licked people. For Bruins fans we have to be bias because we love that little ball of hate, but THIS IS UNUSUAL:
Brad Marchand & Brayden Point – Sorry but not Sorry?
Brayden Point Commended Brad Marchand Saying:
“I’m going for the puck, really it’s a great play,” Point said. “There’s not much time, he breaks up a potential chance for us and he still gets to shoot in the shootout. There’s no real consequence for that, so really it’s a good play.”
Point will have to wait a while if he wants to settle the score. The Bruins and Lightning won’t meet again until Dec. 12.
Marchy didn’t get penalized for the incident. But he did however, make it so the Lightning was unable to have some sort of penalty towards the end of OT.
BUT….
Boston Bruins and Tampa Bay Lightning went to a shootout – Every hockey fan’s worse nightmare! – Tuukka Rask and Andrei Vasilevskiy held up strong and it took up to four rounds before Rask let Steven Stamkos‘ slip one by him for the Lightning win.
However…
DO NOT count the B’s out…The B’s after that game are still focused on Pasta’s success! No real Bruins fan can deny that either because the game before this one, Pastrnak fed us all of pasta to where Bruins fans were walking out of the TD Garden waddling from being over stuffed with David Pastrnak’s four goals he scored against the Anaheim Ducks.
Pastrnak got his fifth hat trick for that game. Ironically, as people threw their hats on the ice (you don’t get them back). The Bruins Proshop started a sale of 30% off hats.
