The Patriots have been on a hot streak this season so far going 8 – 0 . They face off against the Ravens who are 5 – 2 so far this season. This will be a battle of a great offense against an almost perfect defense.

Patriots Season

The Patriots are arguably the best team in the NFL with the best defense in NFL history. They have been outstanding this season on defense. They lead the NFL with yards allowed per game, they lead the NFL in sacks with 31, and they even lead the NFL with turnovers with 17. This defense is almost perfect, with Bill Belichick leading the charge. Is any offense in the NFL good enough to take them down? Since Belichick was named head coach of the Patriots, the team is undefeated against 24 and younger quarterbacks. The offense is getting better with the additions of N’Keal Harry, coming off IR, and Mohamed Sanu, who is beginning to get a connection with Tom Brady. The Ravens have a hard matchup coming up against New England.

Ravens Season

The Ravens, on the other hand, have one of the best offenses in the NFL. They are second with yards per game at 434.9, and they lead the NFL in rushing yards per game with 204.1. Lamar Jackson is a monster at quarterback this season, but now he is going against a defense that could eat him up. The Ravens have been mighty impressive this season, and Lamar Jackson is close in the MVP races. If the Ravens play at there potential, they may do pretty good against New England.

Conclusion

The Patriots statistics prove they will destroy the Ravens since their defense will destroy the offense and how good Belichick is with young quarterbacks will show tonight. My predicted score of the game is Patriots 28 and Ravens 14. If they meet in the playoffs, it will be a closer game than this one is going to be.
