Brock Lesnar Quits Smackdown!

Paul Heyman with the mic:

“Brock Lesnar is very upset tonight, and he has a very big problem."

“We went to Vince McMahon (if you don"t know who that is, google him B****es) and he said

He cannot help us get our hands on Rey Mysterio because of the new rules"

“The rules about Smackdown superstars only being able to wrestle on Friday"s

And Raw superstars only being able to wrestle on Monday"s."

“He will not tolerate this, and that is why, he will go down to Monday Night Raw

To destroy Rey Mysterio! And who will stop him? the Network executives? The Chairman of the Board?"

This is a good way to get the title to switch brands

However, didn"t Fox specifically ask for Brock Lesnar?

I hope this is a last push for Rey, before he retires

Smackdown Women"s title match

Bayley vs Nikki Cross

Bell rings and both competitors lock up, with Nikki going for multiple pin attempts to start the match

However, Bayley counters with a hair slam, but Nikki comes back with a counter of her own

That sends the champion to the outside and Tornado DDT!!

Commercial Break

Back from break, and Bayley has Nikki in a submission hold, but she counters into a rollup for a near count

Right hands by Nikki and she knocks Bayley to the outside! Dropkick attempt, but

She is caught by Bayley and slams her on the steel steps!

Back in the ring, the champ goes for the pin, but can only get a two count.

Off the ropes, and a cross-body counter by Nikki!

Several takedowns by Cross and she is fired up. She now hits a bulldog and is going to the top rope!

Another Cross-body, 1,2, nooo!

Nikki is now going for her Spinning Neck Breaker Finisher, but Sasha interferes

Cross takes out the Boss, but this allows Bayley to take advantage, she heads to the top rope, elbow drop!

1, 2, nooooo!

Bayley is now setting Nikki up on the top rope, and slams her down

Off the ropes, but Nikki traps Bayley on the apron! and lands multiple shots.

She sends her back in the ring and is going to the top rope, but Sasha interferes and pushes her down

New face first finisher by Bayley, and this one is over

Oh my!! It"s Shayna Baszler! She is here!! She just took out Sasha!

Knee to the face on Bayley! What"s goin on! This is crazy!

NXT Chants!

Shayna is taking out Bayley!

What does this mean? Are we getting an NXT invasion angle?

Is Shayna taking over the entire division?

Backstage segment with Sami Zayn

Sami " Pretty weird night, but I see a pattern, HHH/HBK, Baszler and now Pat McAfee is here"

“This could mean that NXT is here, but if any of them sticks their noses in the wrong place, it could be bad news for them

Matt Riddle and Keith Lee are here!!!

Sami “Back in NXT they used to call me the heart and soul of that place"

“I have been down since day one and I am going to get my NXT shirt"

Riddle and Lee follow Zayn to his car, and Sami starts to run-in towards the ring.

The Original Bro catches up, and gets Sami inside the ring, and he is surrounded!

More NXT Chants!

Zayn tries a right hand on Riddle, but gets the final flash and a bro-derek for his troubles

Lee is now going to the top rope! Moonsault!!!

What is going on?? This is out of control! I love this

This is certainly an NXT Invasion angle! Yess!!

It looks like the Miz will be interviewing Bray Wyatt!

“NXT is here, and I love it, and honestly I cannot wait to see what"s next"

Tommaso: “This is supposed to be MUST SEE TV"

Ciampa “Boy, that sounded like fighting words to me"

Ciampa vs Miz

Bell rings and the Miz takes down Ciampa and celebrates

Lock up attempt and Miz sets up a headlock! Counter by Ciampa and he takes him down

Kick to the mid-section by the Miz, and he throws Ciampa to the outside

Off the ropes, he misses a drop kick and gets slammed into the barricade and onto the steel steps

• 

Back in the ring, Ciampa locks in a headlock submission!

The Miz uses some elbow shots to get out, sends Ciampa off the ropes and connects with a knee

Back/Neck breaker combo by the Miz for a two count

In the corner, the Miz Yes kicks Ciampa away, and lands a couple of knees to the head

He goes for another one, but Ciampa counters with a discuss clothesline and a huge knee in the corner

Fairytale ending attempt, that Miz counters with a shot to the knee and tries to lock in the figure four

Counter by Ciampa and he is setting up a power bomb attempt but gets countered into a ddt for a two count

Miz is locking in the Figure Four!

Reversal by Ciampa and the hold is broken up by the ropes.

Second attempt by the Miz to lock in the figure four, but Ciampa reverses it into a roll up

That turns into a single leg lock submission, but Miz counters into a roll up

Chopfest from the ground until both competitors are back on their feet! wooo

Ciampa tries a splash in the corner but misses and Miz hits a clothesline

He heads to the top rope, but gets a boot to the face

He runs into HHH and HBK

Bryan “What are you guys doing here?"

HHH “We are just visiting, but we saw an advertisement that said Raw vs Smackdown vs NXT"

“Seems somebody was calling us out, like somebody was looking for a fight"

Bryan “I am looking for a fight, so why don"t you and I, go to battle right now!"

HHH “You know, I didn"t really bring my gear, but I know who is looking for a fight, and it"s not HBK"

HHH “You know, Adam Cole Baybay?"

Daniel Bryan vs Adam Cole for the NXT Championship, Tonight!! WOW

What a Smackdown!

Mandy and Sonya will take on Carmella and..

Before Carmella and Brooke can come to the ring, Bianca Belair takes both of them out!!!

Mandy and Sonya are in the ring with a puzzled look on their face and

THIS IS MY BRUTALITY!!!

Rhea Ripley and Tegan Nox are here, and have been announced as their new opponents.

Bell rings and Nox and Rhea start attacking Rose and Deville

Sonya takes out Nox on the outside, but Rhea is in full advantage of Mandy in the ring

Counter kick and a right hand by Mandy, but another right hand is reversed and she gets a dropkick from Rhea

Nox takes out Sonya, comes back in the ring and hits the shinniest of wizards

Rhea locks in the super leg submission hold, and this match is over!

Post-Match & Comments

What a beat down, they are making NXT look very superior

Then again, it was not expected for them to show up, so it kind of makes sense

I am still loving this episode of Smackdown

Adam Cole vs Daniel Bryan is next!

• 

HHH and HBK come down to join the announcers table, but Stephanie"s music hits

Stephanie comes out and thanks the WWE Universe as they have taken the Women"s revolution to new heights"

I thought she was going to respond to the NXT invasion, but that was not it.

Anyway, here we go! Looks like we are getting a 20 minute match!

Commercial Break

We are back, and the bell rings, with multiple holds and counters by both competitors

Bryan with an arm bar, but Cole counters into one of his own

Daniel grabs the hair and breaks the hold and chops and slaps Adam

Right hand by Bryan and a kick to the chest and starts chopping Cole away

Counter by the NXT Champion with multiple strikes, kicks and he locks in a submission hold.

• 

Off the ropes, take down by Cole, but a kick reversal by Bryan and Adam is down

Daniel starts to work on the champs elbow and now locks in a submission hold.

Cole tries to get out, and Bryan turns it into a reverse guillotine type submission hold

Adam is able to get out, but Bryan continues to strike away, but a counter by Cole with a huge knee that gets a two count

Suplex attempt by Adam Cole, that is countered by Bryan, but both superstars fall to the outside!

Commercial Break

Back from break and Cole hits a neck breaker on Bryan, for a near fall

Knees to the face by the NXT Champion for another near fall and he locks in a leg lock submission

Bryan rolls around and reaches the ropes to break the hold.

In the corner, Cole keeps striking away on Daniel, but Bryan tries to fight back

• 

Lefts, rights, uppercut! He takes the champion down!

Off the ropes and he takes Cole down with a massive flying clothesline and sends Adam to the outside

Daniel then connects with a huge knee to the face on the outside!

Back in the ring, Bryan is on the top rope, and connects with a missile drop kick!

He follows up with a huge kick in the corner and tries a huricarrana off the top rope but

Cole reverses it into a rollup for a near fall

Both competitors get back on their feet and a huge kick to the face by Cole, 1,2, nooo

Suplex attempt by the NXT Champ, but counter by Bryan and he sends Cole to the outside

Suicide dive by Daniel! and he goes for another one, but a huge kick to the face

Commercial Break

Back from break and Cole takes out Bryan on the top rope, he is going for a superplex attempt!

Counter by Daniel, who connects a german suplex off the top rope, he is now fired up!

Bryan still on the top rope, launches himself but misses!

Cole quickly goes for a knee to the back of the neck, 1, 2, nooo

Cole is taking down his knee pad, off the ropes

Last Shot attempt but it is countered into a single leg crab in the middle of the ring!

Cole tries to get to the ropes but Bryan drags him back to the middle of the ring

He is close to tapping out, but rolls around and gets to the ropes to break the hold.

Both competitors are back on their feet and start exchanging right"s, but Bryan is able to lock in the Lavelle Lock!

Cole is able to get out, but Bryan stomps him down and locks in another submission hold, that turns into the Lavelle lock!

The NXT Champion is about to get to the ropes, but Bryan grabs the other arm and is pulling it back

With his leg, he barely reaches the ropes and is able to break the hold.

Bryan is back on his feet and he starts connecting with Yes kicks

He misses the last one and Cole rolls him up, 1, 2, counter pin attempt, 1, 2, nooo

Daniel Bryan is now fired up, but he is met with a super kick and a Panama Sunrise!!!

Off the ropes and LAST SHOT!! This one is over!!

Several NXT superstars come down to the ring to celebrate with Adam Cole and have taken over the ring

HHH has the mic “Survivor Series, you want to pick a fight with us, Raw & Smackdown VS NXT!"

“If we are going to have a fight, we are going to need an army"

“This is our army, this is our fight, this is our ring, and at Survivor Series, know what you are getting into"

“We have fired the first shot, Raw/Smackdown, let"s see what you"ve got"

“Just remember one thing, we are N-X-T!"

This was the best Smackdown in a very long time

I guess we are going to see a lot of NXT vs Raw matches as well in the upcoming weeks

Sign me up!!

I wonder if this is the way to set up The Fiend vs Demon Balor!

So many possibilities!
