Boston Bruins’ RW David Pastrnak, has 14 goals and 15 assists for 29 points. His line mate, LW Brad Marchand, has 10 goals, 18 assist for 28 points. Which is currently the top in the NHL.

Also the Boston Bruins are currently first in the Atlantic Division. Not counting tonight game against Montreal. What’s interesting is that its the sabers that are 2nd and Florida is in 3rd. Three teams that were ranked on a lower scale during preseason. I’m not 100% sure but I think that even the NHL ranked the three differently. I know our writers did.

Now the question is… can these teams stay where they are? Could we see the Maple Leafs and the Lighting’s out of the play offs.? As I finished typing that sentence I felt all of the Overtime Heroics Maple Leaf’s writers send daggers at me. 🤣🤣🤣 Let me try to reprieve that by saying, that were only starting the second month of hockey. Who knows what is going to happen!

In other news, Bruins captain, Zdeno Chara, will become 21st player – and sixth defenseman – to play in 1,500 career games tonight in Montreal. Which is kinda ironic because Canadian’s fans boo him in that arena whenever he touches the puck.

To follow up on my previous article, Cameron Hughes played ok, but not great at least not by his stats. However, he looked good on the ice for playing his first NHL game. Plus they were playing a tough team that in my opinion play dirty. If you want to know what team I’m talking about, google it.
