Steelers Week 11 TNF Preview

The Pittsburgh Steelers will look to get their 5th straight victory on the road in a divisional matchup against the Browns.

The Steelers have been on a hot streak winning their fourth straight this past Sunday against the Rams. Although the Browns are 2.5 point favorites in Thursday night’s game, the Steelers are 7-0-1 in their last eight games against the Browns.

With full participation in practice this week, James Conner should be back in the lineup after missing the last two games with a shoulder injury. Look for the Steelers to try to lean on the run game. The Browns rank in the bottom third of the league in rushing yards allowed.

It should be interesting to see how Baker Mayfield handles the electric Steelers defense. He played arguably his best game of the season last week in a 19-16 victory over the Bills. He completed 68% of his passes and threw for two TDs.

Keep your eyes on the defense who will look to cause trouble for yet another offense. Minkah Fitzpatrick, acquired in a trade from the Dolphins earlier this season, had two turnovers Sunday against the Rams. He now ties for a league-high 5 interceptions.

Tune in Thursday night to see division rivals Mike Tomlin and Freddie Kitchens face off. The game will be aired on the NFL Network at 8:20 pm EST.
