The Baltimore Ravens schooled the L.A Rams 45-6. This was the biggest loss in the L.A Coliseum for the Rams. The Ravens secured their seventh victory in a row and now sit firmly in the second seed in the AFC.
Ravens Perfect Gameplan
The Ravens have perfected their gameplan, with this win the poster child for it. Baltimore wants to establish the run, before jumping out to a quick lead. The much-improved defense then takes care of the rest.
The Rams were the fifth-best rushing defense in the NFL, allowing less than 90 yards a game. Baltimore gashed them for 285 rushing yards, with every rush attempt gaining positive yards.
The defense tried to contain Lamar Jackson, but the misdirection from this offense led to Mark Ingram going off for 111 yards, Jackson for 95 and backup Gus Edwards for 55.

Jackson Much Improved Passer
Jackson makes headlines with his highlight-reel runs, but he is much improved as a passer. He has made massive strides from his first to the second year. In two games against the Texans and Rams, both playoff teams, he’s gone off for nine touchdowns with zero interceptions.
Baltimore used it’s rushing ability to sustain long drives, before taking advantage of mismatches in the red zone. The fact the Ravens scored on their first six possessions shows the level of dominance they enjoyed.

Ravens Defense Suffocates Rams
The Ravens were dominant in all phases, with the defense making massive strides in recent weeks. Jared Goff looked lost at times, going 26-37 for 212 yards and two interceptions. The first went straight to cornerback Marcus Peters, who had the perfect revenge game against his former team.
Todd Gurley was used sparingly as the Rams went behind early, and as a result, ended with six carries for a measly 22 yards. The Ravens forced the Rams into a lot of third and long situations, daring Goff to beat them with his throws.

The Ravens are the in-form team in the NFL right now and welcome the 10-1 San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
