No matter if it’s on or off the football field, Rob Gronkowski has an infectious personality where he shows his love for the game.
Is Rob Gronkowski Coming Back To The NFL?
In the second round of the 2010 NFL Draft, the New England Patriots selected Gronk with the 42nd overall pick in the second round. In his eight NFL seasons as a tight end, he has 521 receptions, 7,861 total yards, and 87 touchdowns. Along with those impressive stats, he was also part of three Super Bowl titles with his former quarterback Tom Brady.
After the 2018 season, Gronkowski decided to hang up his cleats to become a full-time life of the party. Just recently, Gronkowski just signed a deal with WWE. Now, after a year away from football, is he having second thoughts?
In an interview with ESPN posted by Sports Illustrated, that might be the case. He says, “It’s always an option in the back of my head. It’s not like I’m not staying in shape and not doing anything. I’m never stressed over it.”
I am not sure if he filled out his retirement papers yet, but if he hasn’t, it’s going to be fun to speculate where he would go. One team he most likely won’t sign is with the Patriots because Tom Brady is out in Tampa Bay.
