Randal Grichuk is on fire. Grichuk went two for four with two home runs and three RBIs. In the series, Grichuk hit four home runs, while driving in 11 runs. Grichuk has homered five times in his last four games.

Grichuk hit the ball over 100 mph three times in the game. Two of those were home runs while the third was a line out to center.
Jays Bats on Fire
The Blue Jays had 11 hits on the day. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. rocketed a ball off the right-field wall at 106 mph. Lourdes Gurriel Jr. went 2-5 with a double. Brandon Drury went 2-4 with a double. Santiago Espinal went 2-4 with his first big league double.
Bullpen Keeps Rolling
The Blue Jays bullpen keeps rolling. Blue Jays relievers threw 13 innings allowing only three runs on the series. Ryan Borucki did not allow a hit in his inning and a third work. Thomas Hatch threw a perfect inning and two-thirds.

The Blue Jays head back to Sahlen to face the Phillies in a two-game set. Chase Anderson gets the ball game one and Trent Thornton makes his return for game two.
Injury Update
Blue Jays top prospect Nate Pearson has been placed on the IL. Per Charlie Montoyo, Pearson felt right elbow tightness. Pearson will await further evaluation. Jacob Waguespack has been recalled from the taxi squad to fill his place.
