In MLB breaking news, the White Sox announced that they have placed right-hander Dylan Cease on the IL. According to WSCR 670 Chicago, Cease has been placed on the Covid-19 related injured list today. GM Rick Hahn calls the move “precautionary” and would not specify as to when Cease would make his next start.

MLB Breaking News: Cease Experiences Symptoms, Not Positive
The report from WSCR also stated the Cease has not had a positive test, but he has experienced symptoms of the illness. The White Sox recalled reliever Zach Burdi from Schaumburg to fill Cease"s spot on the roster. No other roster moves were announced.
