Bayern Munich makes a second offer for Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane

Bayern Munich continued the Harry Kane pursuit, making a second offer for Tottenham Hotspur striker. The new offer is worth worth over £80 million ($103M). The team denies any official offer has been received, but the London club is prepared to reject any incoming bids for the player.

The German champions are keen to add Kane to their squad this summer and believe the striker also wants the move.

According to The Guardian: “Bayern Munich have made an improved offer of £80m plus add‑ons on Sunday for Harry Kane, but it’s unlikely to change anything for the Spurs chairman, Daniel Levy.

Recently, Kane has held positive talks with Bayern over a move to the Bundesliga champions. They remain keen to sign the 29-year-old England captain, but Daniel Levy, the Tottenham chairman, is expected to stand firm in his desire to get £100m ($129M) as a minimum for Kane.

It’s important to say that Harry Kane has one year remaining on his current contract in north London.

Bayern is in the market for a new centre-forward. Thomas Tuchel, the new team boss, has made Kane his No. 1 target.

Elsewhere, many Premier League teams are battling for Bayer Leverkusen’s Moussa Diaby. Bayer Leverkusen have slapped a £50-million ($64.5M) asking price on the player as Aston Villa, Arsenal, Newcastle United and Manchester United have all been credited with interest in the 24-year-old.

The Mail claims only a bid in anywhere in the region of £50m ($64.45M) for Diaby would interest Leverkusen.
