In the stands were his mom, Cheryl and wife, Cassi with their nine-month-old daughter, June. Their emotions running high. The crowd of more than thirty thousand and Lorenzen’s teammates celebrated the rare moment.

Another amazing record under his name is that he is only the second player since 1900, who threw a no-hitter in his home debut and with a new team.
Cole Hamels was the first Phillies pitcher who threw a no-hitter in 2015. The game was played against the Chicago Cubs.
