George Kittle injury update: Latest on 49ers Tight End’s recovery and Timeline

The San Francisco 49ers may have their preseason opener without star tight end George Kittle, the Pro Bowler. Head Coach, Kyle Shanahan, said Kittle will get sidelined for a week due to an adductor injury. Cameron Latu, Charlie Woerner, and Ross Dwelley could fill in.

With San Francisco, George Kittle will be entering his seventh season. The former fifth-round pick had a career-high in 2022 with 11 touchdown receptions. In fifteen games, he has 60 receptions for 765 yards. Before his injuries limited his appearances to eight in ’20, he had appeared in 29 games over the past two seasons.
