Inter Miami recently won their semi-final match against Philadelphia Union with a final score of 4-1, taking the team to the their first ever final of the tournament.
The team’s victory came with Messi’s sensational stunner along with other goal scorers.
Well, with this win, Inter Miami have also secured their spot in the CONCACAF Champions Cup which will be played next year.
Inter Miami sit bottom of the MLS table on 18 points.

Since joining the league, Messi has scored eight goals in his last five appearances.

However, Messi tweaked his right ankle on Monday during training, but Coach Martino has ruled out signs of any major injury.
He said, “I was only at a part of the session because I had a meeting afterwards and was finishing preparing, so I didn’t see exactly what happened. But if it was something serious, I’m sure everyone would have been shocked,”
“Since everyone was fine, I imagine nothing happened.”
Messi has scored in every Miami game since joining the team in July.
He also played a major role in taking the team to the Finals.
Inter Miami will face Nashville SC in the finals of the League Cup on 20th August 2023.
