This Jerry Rice practice video shows why he is the GOAT WR

Former Tennessee Titans running back Jarett Payton, now a well-known pundit, shared an old training video of Jerry Rice on X and the post went viral.

The video shows Rice running routes and circling around defenders. He almost broke some ankles out there.

The former 3-x-time Superbowl champion spent a successful 15 years at the San Francisco 49ers, finishing up in 2000, before a move to the Raiders, Seahawks, and Broncos.

Rice is the NFL’s all-time leader in receiving yards, with a staggering 22,895 yards earned, almost 4400 more than second placed Larry Fitzgerald of the Arizona Cardinals.

He also boasts the league all-time-leading most receptions with 1,549.

If there was any ever doubt on the Rice GOAT status, then this video shows an inkling of his athletic skills.

The all-time WD receiver GOAT always pitched up and delivered, at B.L. Moor High School, Mississippi Valley State, the NFL and in every training session, and probably sack-racing and egg balancing as well. What a LEGEND!
